Steve Moore currently serves in R&D and Business advisory roles in various industries. Notably as a strategic analyst manager for M&A for companies and SPACs (special purpose acquisition corporations). Leveraging his extensive experience in both business and innovation, he specializes in identifying mid-to-large capital consumer-facing private companies that could be targets for M&A. . Steve’s expertise in strategic analysis, business modeling, assessing value creation opportunities and due diligence have identified numerous attractive acquisition targets.
Steve spent 30 Years with Procter & Gamble, serving in various R&D roles across a broad range of branded consumer product categories. These include Pet Care (Iams, Eukanuba), Home Care (Dawn), Health Care (Crest), Feminine Hygiene (Always, Whisper) and Paper Products (Charmin, Bounty, Puffs). Steve excels in leading R&D and business innovation strategy development, as well as and R&D organization capability-building. He also has extensive experience leading multi-functional R&D teams to develop and deliver new products to market. Steve also played a major role in driving diversity/multicultural organization development and training, having led teams based in Japan, China, Brussels, Mexico, London, Toronto, and Geneva.
Steve served for eight years Princeton School Board near Cincinnati, Ohio. He was instrumental in developing successful bond and operating levy campaigns, delivering $140 million in new school bond financing.
Steve received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
